Blood Aid is an initiative to create a portal between Voluntary blood donors & those who are in need of blood donors for an easy, genuine & quick access to donors in times of need. Also with the purpose to combat the menace of professional/illegal blood donations & selling of blood.
We all see requests for blood donors, at times in emergency & at times for planned surgrical intervention. What we fail to realize is how difficult it is to find the donor of required blood groups when needed. This difficulty arises due to factors –
There are 6 major blood types found in human beings – A+, B+, O+, AB+, A-, B-,O- AB-.

Amongst these O – can donate blood to any blood group, while O+ can donate to any of the positive blood types. AB+ can receive from blood from any of the blood types & AB- from any of he negative blood types. Read More >>
